Summer School Enrollment is Now Open!

We are accepting applications from April 12th - June 17th.

Transcripts and Immunizations are required at the time the application form is completed. If needed transcripts and immunizations can be submitted:

- Via Email summerschool@palcenter.org

- Via Fax 909-887-8942

- Via in-person drop off

These forms MUST be submitted. Registration will NOT be processed without transcripts and immunizations.
