WE’VE GOT SPIRIT!

Yes—We do! Nov 14th-17th, PAL Academy staff and students had an opportunity to let their hair down (so to speak) during Spirit Week. Each day, students were encouraged to dress as their favorite character, in the style of a particular decade, or in the jersy of their favorite sports team. In addition to this, during break each day, students and staff were encouraged to play musical chairs, chubby bunny, water balloon toss, or participate in running an obstacle course. Up-beat music was also played at this time. One student, Shamiya Tucker stated, “I wish we could hear music like this all the time!”
